Shipping + Returns
Shipping
All orders are shipped out within a week via Posten from Oslo, Norway.
You may be responsible for additional custom duties and VAT upon delivery.
Estimated delivery times based on Posten:
- Nordic countries: 4–7 days depending on country
- Europe: 4–9 days depending on country
- USA: 4–8 days
- China: 5–12 days
- Rest of the world: 5–10 days
These are just estimates and times will vary based on location, holidays, weather, customs, etc.
Posten does not offer tracking on international letters. If you have not received your order after 3 weeks from shipping, please don't hesitate to contact me at shop@taliasatelier.art. ♡
If you are ordering during the Christmas holiday season (November - December) please allow for an extra 2 weeks of shipping. I cannot guarantee that orders will be received by Christmas as once the order is in the mail, it is out of my control.
Returns
I do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged please don't hesitate to contact me and I will be happy to try and help.
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact me within 24 hours to guarantee the cancellation. If it is past 24 hours you can still contact me about cancelling, but I can only do so if the order has not been shipped yet (which I do within a week of purchasing).
